Rates for 2011

Nightly rate based on 2 Adults & up to 4 Dependent children under age 21, sleeping in one unit. (No kid tents allowed)  Additional people camping with family regardless of relation will be charged as additional person. Those under the age of 21 must be  accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

 

$30 Per Night - Electric & Water Sites             

$35 Per Night - Sewer Sites  

$180 Per Week - Electric & Water Sites

$400 Monthly - Full Hook-up with Metered Electric

Visitors - $2.00 per person/overnight stay $5.00 per night

                    

 SEASONAL SITES

(APRIL 15 - OCTOBER 15)

 

 PLAN  A:    LIMITED OCCUPANCY- - $1100

Weekends, Holidays, & Up to 2 weeks vacation (metered electric)

 

PLAN  B:    UNLIMITED OCCUPANCY - - $2000

Spend as much time as you wish during the season (metered electric)

 

 

RESERVATIONS: Require 1 night deposit.

Cancellations must be made 5 days in advance or deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellations made prior to the 5 day period will be refunded minus a $5

  cancellation fee.  We will make every effort to reserve the site you requested,

 but we cannot guarantee specific sites.

 Monthly Sites require a $400 deposit. Deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is made less than 30 days.

 If more than 30 days, deposit will be refunded minus $25 service fee.

 

HOLIDAYS: 3 night minimum stay, paid in advance. 1 night cancellation

fee  per reserved site, if given 30 to 14 days.  No refund after 14 days.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT IS NOON

$2 PER HOUR FOR EARLY CHECK IN OR LATE DEPARTURES.

 

ALL CAMPERS AND VISITORS MUST REGISTER IN THE OFFICE.
